The advertiser must maintain their property listings with up-to-date information and answer all relevant enquiries recieved for properties or developments for sale in a timely fashion.

Each registration with this web site is for a single user only. You may not share your username and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

You undertake that all information provided by you for the purposes of registering with us is accurate and complete.

You accept sole responsibility for all use of and for keeping secret any account ID and passwords that may have been given to you or chosen by you for use on this website. In the event that Southern IT Ltd receives a complaint about a particular estate agent or developer and our findings judge these complaints to be valid we reserve the right to remove the offending company from these listings.

Southern IT Ltd is not responsible if any property developer or estate agent should cease trading.

We reserve the right to exclude users from this web site, on a permanent or temporary basis at our sole discretion. Any such user shall be notified and must not then attempt to use this web site under any other name or through any other user.

Southern IT Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Southern IT Ltd when Southern IT Ltd decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Our web site advertising service is available only accept bona fide property developers and estate agents as advertisers. Properties for sale from individuals are not accepted.

We do not promote nor wish to promote any sales of property or land in Northern Cyprus. Any adverts relating to Nothern Cyprus will not be accepted.

PAYMENT POLICIES
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Southern IT Ltd reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time, however all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year or quarter following the date the account was established. Customers will automatically be charged again at the end of their prepaid period unless closure notification has already been given. In situations where the cheque is declined or payment not received Southern IT Ltd will immediately suspend the facility to services until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request.

All prices quoted are in UK Sterling.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cheque Payment: Invoices must be paid within 30 days. For quarterly of half-yearly payments a standing order is mandatory and appropriate invoices will be issued.

Credit card payments are accepted

Bank transfer payments are accepted

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Southern IT Ltd reserves the right to cancel services at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes Southern IT Ltd's terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation. Customers may cancel their account at any time. Fees charged on a prepaid basis are nonrefundable. Customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless the service is cancelled by Southern IT Ltd.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Southern IT Ltd harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Southern IT Ltd, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Southern IT Ltd against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Southern IT Ltd's designated server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Southern IT Ltd's designated server.

DISCLAIMER
Southern IT Ltd will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Southern IT Ltd makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Southern IT Ltd disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruption.

We make every effort to check and test this website during production. However, we would advise you to run an anti-virus program on anything you download from the Internet. We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage to your computer system or loss of data caused by using this website.
